Chadwicks isn't a power dining spot. It set out to be a neighborhood hangout, and it succeeded.
Although the bar isn't horseshoe-shaped like the one on 'Cheers', this is a place where inside-the-Beltway heavyweights come, not to be seen, but to get a good meal, at a good value, with or without the kids.
